April 2014 - Present

Founder of online business specializing in the design, manufacture, and sale of equestrian apparel. Operated autonomously in all facets of the business including strategic planning, product design, brand positioning, digital & physical marketing, and wholesale business  development. Deep knowledge of effective branding and cross-channel marketing techniques combined with strong interpersonal skills in retail and wholesale customer interactions resulted in demonstrable year-over-year growth in website traffic, social media following and revenue. Strong focus on retail and wholesale partner satisfaction established a customer-centric culture of communication and accommodation, resulting in top-tier retention and rave industry reviews. Developed in-depth experience with e-commerce platforms and management tools including Shopify and QuickBooks. The Ellis School - Social Media and Marketing SPecialist

November 2021 - Present

Social Media and Marketing Specialist at The Ellis School developing the content strategy for and managing the daily operations of the school’s digital properties. Directed an initiative to refresh the social media content strategy and management practices to better support the school's overarching inbound marketing strategy. Targeted efforts to provide engaging, valuable content to both current community members and prospective families directly contributed to a record high enrollment season for the 2022-2023 school year. Streamlined the process by which internal departments, faculty, and students request marketing department photography and/or videography coverage for events, field trips, classroom activities and special presentations. Provide photo, video, and content creation services to all 3 divisions of the school, capturing images and video for use on social media, web properties, and in external ad campaigns and print media. Manage Meta ad services for the school, including analyzing and presenting reporting on campaign outcomes and learnings directly to Director of Marketing and Communications and Head of School.

PNC Bank - digital experience product manager

August 2014 - June 2018

Product Manager on the Mobile & Emerging Payments team for the PNC retail bank specializing in developing and implementing value-add features for the PNC Mobile Banking App. Directly managed and executed integrations with third party mobile wallet services Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay, including coordination with third-party stakeholders, marketing, legal, and engineering teams. Also participated in design ideation, strategic roadmapping, and technical discussions related to the development of a proprietary mobile wallet solution - PNC Pay. Directed subsequent go-to-market strategy discussions with internal marketing, legal, and customer care teams. Served as cross-line-of-business information hub for these and other mobile initiatives, distilling technical jargon into digestible content for internal dissemination and external marketing campaigns. Also assisted in managing a cross-functional team to spearhead the Spanish translation effort for the PNC Mobile Banking App. Regularly prepared and presented reports directly to line of business directors and senior management, including reporting on mobile analytics, user experience testing findings, and non-technical project roadmaps.
