Approach.io

Approach was created during the Fall 2013 PennApps Hackathon at the University of Pennsylvania as a painfully simple way to build beautiful landing pages and connect fledgling companies to technology junkies. Designed to be an improvement over sites like LaunchRock, Approach incorporates the community of a active participants with the traditional launch page experience. In an Etsy-like fashion, interested parties are able to browse new companies before they launch, sign up for email updates, and get in on the ground for for new and exciting startup initiatives. 

 I worked to design and  construct the identity and branding of Approach - created the site logo, crafted icons and designed test logos for example pages within the site. I also wrote the HTML & CSS for template pages to provide filler content on the site and produced the "app tour" video which was used to select the winners at this particular Hackathon.
